Shipping Domestic & International Shipping Information Free standard shipping applies only to orders over $100 shipped within the U.S. You may choose another shipping method for faster delivery if free standard shipping does not meet your requirements. Order Fulfillment To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 12 p.m. CST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following business day. Refund policy We have a one-year money-back guarantee policy on all Global Healing and Drucker Labs branded products. Returns for International & US Orders A return request must be submitted within one year of the purchased date. A physical return of the item is required to receive a refund. Products may be opened and used. Maximum one return per product per customer/household. Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel. Digital Items (PDF Ebooks) are not eligible for returns/refunds.
