How to Request a Return

Email us first at info@sunrisebotanics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

•Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

•Wait for our confirmation and a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending your package.

Send your item back using a tracked and signed service.

•We can only accept responsibility for returned items once they are signed for at our facility.

•Once we receive and inspect the item(s):

•Refunds will be processed within 48 hours to your original method of payment.

Refunds will exclude shipping and return fees.

Return Conditions

To ensure safety and quality, returned products must be:

Unopened and unused , with safety seals and closures intact

•In their original packaging and saleable condition

Returned within 14 days of delivery
