Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We ship via major national and regional carriers. Estimated transit times for standard shipping are 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Transit times are estimates and not guarantees. Ghost Golf is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated transit times vary by country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Ghost Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues outside the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. Ghost Golf has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

We do not offer refunds on customs fees, duties, or taxes, and we do not offer free return shipping on international orders.

Golf Bags

Due to their size and weight, golf bags may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Any applicable surcharges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Golf bags shipped internationally may incur higher customs fees and duties. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@ghostgolf.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ghost Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You are also welcome to reach out to us at info@ghostgolf.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Ghost Golf is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@ghostgolf.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

What is your Refund/Exchange policy? Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In-stock items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, resellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase, and in original packaging with tags attached. All sales are final on FINAL SALE merchandise. Returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping on international orders or refunds on customs or duties.

Can I Exchange/Return a custom item? No. Towels and golf bags that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged. These are considered final sale.

Do you offer free returns and exchanges? Yes, if you purchased Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout. When added to your order, it covers the cost of returns and exchanges at no charge, excluding golf bags.

Are golf bags included in free returns? No. Even with Free Returns & Package Protection, golf bags are subject to a $50 return/exchange fee. This fee covers processing, handling, and restocking.

What if I didn't purchase Free Returns & Package Protection? If this was not added at checkout, you will be responsible for:

•Return shipping costs

•Processing & handling fees

•Restocking fees (if applicable)

Why do golf bags always have a fee? Golf bags are large, heavy items with higher shipping and processing costs, so they carry a fixed $50 return fee regardless of any additional protections purchased.

Golf Bag Refund/Exchange Policy: Golf bags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. A $50 return processing, handling, and restocking fee applies to all golf bag exchanges and/or refunds.
