Gentle Prenatal Pack

Generally your order will leave our facility within the next business day. Shipping times vary by carrier and location typically between 2-8 business days in Canada and 3-7 business days in the United States. While things are out of our control once they leave our warehouses, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We want you to love your purchase, so if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!

To qualify for a return or exchange, both the box and the sachets must be completely unopened and still sealed. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on opened or partially used products.

Submit a return request through our returns portal within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid label — please use only that label and do not send anything back without submitting through the portal first.

For exchanges: We'll cover the return shipping, so there's no extra charge!

For returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. The return label is free if you have Route Shipping Protection.

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will check it over. If everything meets our return guidelines, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer's defect within 3 months, we'll gladly replace it or issue a partial or full refund depending on the damage. Email a photo of the defect, a photo of the lot number on your box, and your order number to hello@birdandbe.com .
