Incorrect Address

Hope Fitness Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@hopefitnessgear.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Hope Fitness Gear.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
