Cotopaxi gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase of new Cotopaxi products. To receive a refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in excellent condition. You will also need an order number to initiate the return.
A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. For purchases made on cotopaxi.com , you can also make a return at one of our retail stores and avoid the shipping fee.
