Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Note: If you live in an area prone to package theft or delivery issues, please request signature confirmation at checkout by emailing us. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a carrier marks them as “Delivered.”

Return, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase.

No restocking fee will be charged if your return or exchange is due to:

A damaged item upon arrival

A defective product

An incorrect item sent

Note: Any shipment with visible damage must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. Photos are required to process a claim.

Returns made for reasons such as:

"Changed mind"

"No longer needed or wanted"

"Found a better price"

"Duplicate order"are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are not eligible for return include:

Diabetic test strips and CGM

Items eligible for full refund if unopened:

Lancets

Diabetic meters

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)

All returns must meet the following requirements:

Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included

Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition may be refused or subject to additional fees

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products and determine eligibility for a refund at our sole discretion.

Please do not contact us first if your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received.

For all USPS-related issues, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

Once your package has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If you require added security (e.g., signature confirmation), let us know before your order is shipped.

We do not issue refunds for undelivered or stolen packages after tracking indicates successful delivery.
