UAE DELIVERIES

We ship most in-stock merchandise within 2-5 working days of receiving your order! Standard delivery will take 1-2 days after it leaves our warehouse.

Our standard shipping and handling charges cover most items as most items weigh between 250gms – 2 kg. In some cases, a delivery address might be “out of area/city limits”, these deliveries will be charged additionally which will always be informed to you prior to shipment. For all other orders, a flat rate of Dhs 16 will be the delivery charge, if the order weights less than 5 kgs and delivery is within city limits.

Free Shipping applies to UAE deliveries Only, if the final invoice amount is Dhs 150 or more.

We also offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE only.

GCC SHIPPING

GCC shipping takes 5-7 days. We deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain only. Shipment cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. You must provide us with a residential/business delivery address. All local duties/taxes must be paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We will need your complete order information: item numbers and quantities, as well as your full shipping address. We will provide you a shipping quote, prior to shipment. All local duties & taxes have to be paid by the customer.

Our policy lasts 7 days. You can exchange or refund your product within 7 Days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Regular-priced items may be refunded, on sale item, only the amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over AED 200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
