We ship orders Monday-Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm pacific ship the next business day. When upgrading to expedited shipping, please understand that you must order before the daily shipping deadline or it will not ship out until the following business day. FedEx does not ship on weekends with a Saturday delivery upcharge -- ex: if you place an order with overnight shipping on Friday at 4pm pacific, you will NOT receive it until Tuesday. A Saturday delivery fee can be added but ONLY by calling us to set up (and again, you must meet the deadline). International Shipping Policy:

All international shipments are charged postage costs based on weight and destination. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. Shipping is not available to all international locations. Delivery times vary for international shipments due to potential customs clearance delays.

PLEASE NOTE: You may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes which are levied after your shipment arrives in your country. These additional charges are your responsibility. They are beyond our control and are unknown at the time of shipment. Customs regulations vary widely; we always suggest contacting your local customs authority for more information.

IMPORTANT Note about Returning Products:Before returning, please contact Customer Service for instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). Orders returned without authorization may be subject to a 15% handling fee. Credit card information is only available to process refunds for a limited amount of time. Please send your items back within 5 days of receiving return authorization or we may be unable to process your refund. Also, please note that we do not pay the return shipping charge. Opened items may only be eligible for store credit.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Special order items (TMA supplements and Standard Process supplements) are not eligible for return. Test kits may only be returned if the test kit and complete paperwork is sent back to us. Please follow instructions you are given when receiving your return authorization. We do not give refunds for test kits once your samples have been processed by the lab. If you have concerns about your results, please contact our team at info@unikeyhealth.com.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
