Shipping Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times: In order to provide a large selection of gifts, many items are sent directly from the distributor. As the origination of our gifts vary, so do the shipping time lines. We do our best to select distributors with efficient fulfillment times and reasonable shipping time lines; however, issues can arise that are out of our control. Refund policy Returns/Exchanges: Our policy lasts 30 days for most items (see below for exceptions). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (or receipt of your order), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
