To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.To start a return, you can contact us at support@ osmo-official .com If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that any return cost is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WarrantyThis Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Osmo (the "Physical Goods").This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products orparts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from us is two years from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or two years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
