▼ PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We aim to dispatch all customer orders in 1 - 4 business days, with the exception of weekends. For festive season, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

▼ SHIPPING METHOD & DURATION

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Express shipping via EMS Worldwide Express shipping is available. It takes 1-5 business days.

For rush orders or special occasions such as Wedding, Birthday, Bridal Shower, Christmas, we highly recommend that you purchase your order at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance or purchase EMS Worldwide Express shipping to reach you in a good time.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

•Standard shipping duration for international shipment is 10-25 business days.

•Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.

•Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.

•Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.

If parcel does not reach within the shipping period, please email to info@goldsidejewellery.com with your updated shipping address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel.

SECTION 8 - BOUNCED/RETURN PARCELS

In any case if mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the post office and is returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping. A package returned to us by the post office as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason or a parcel with wrong address furnished, is not an authorized return. As such, it may not be eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise, at our discretion.

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have ten days after receiving your item to request a return. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. To start a return request please send us an email at: info@goldsidejewelry.com

Returned items:

1) Must be in original condition, original packaging and in original gift box.

2) Should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.

•For returned items a 10% of the total value of product will be applied as a re-stock fee after receiving the goods.

All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.

Earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchanges and returns.

Returns must be posted within 5 days of approval of request.

Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

•If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess.

If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return.

•If your item(s) arrives damaged/defective or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us at info@goldsidejewelry immediately and include a photo of the damaged/defective and/or wrong item(s) for faster processing time.
