PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders follow the same terms as regular orders. Payment is processed in full when you place the pre-order. However, you are welcome to request a full refund at any time before the pre-order ships. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice and tracking number, and our standard return policy will apply.

General Information

We hope you love your Lush Decor product! However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

You can return eligible purchases within 30 days. To process a return, items must be in their original condition - tags attached, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Kindly note that items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please see below for specific instructions on how to initiate a Domestic Return or an International Return.

To Initiate a Domestic Return

•Send an email to customersupport@lushdecor.com with your order number, and state the reason for return and whether you would like a refund, replacement or merchandise credit.

•We will verify that your order qualifies for a return and send you a printable prepaid shipping label. You can drop off your return at your local post office or schedule a pickup through USPS.

•Once we receive your shipment, allow us 1-3 business days to refund you.

NOTE:The customer is responsible for a return shipping fee of $9.99. Additional return shipping charges will apply for customers in Alaska, Hawaii.

Returns will be refunded minus the shipping fee* to the original method of payment. Once a credit is issued, it can take as long as 5-7 business days to see it reflected on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed on our end.

*If you would prefer to use your own shipping account, we will refund you the full amount. Please contact us first for return authorization and important instructions.

To Initiate an International Return

To initiate an international return, please follow these simple steps:

•Visit our Returns portal at Returns Portal .

•Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

•Select the items you wish to return and the reasons for the return.

•Choose your preferred return method.

•Download and print your return label.

•Carefully pack the items you wish to return, ensuring you include the delivery paperwork in the package.

•Drop off your return at your closest DHL location.

Important notes

•If you ordered your item(s) from a seller other than LushDecor.com, we cannot process a refund or exchange. You must contact the store from which you made your purchase and follow their individual return policy.

•If your order does not qualify for return but you send it to us anyway, you will not receive a refund or store credit. We may contact you to get the items back to you.

•Your original shipping (standard, express, or Home Delivery) is non-refundable. If you choseto pay for expedited shipping or if your order did not qualify for free shipping, that shipping charge will not be refunded back to you, except on the rare occasion that we sent you an incorrect item.

•If you ordered a final sale item, and it arrives defective, we will replace the item upon receipt of photos showing the defect. If the item, you ordered is no longer available, we will issuestore credit only. No refunds will be given on final sale items.
