Shipping & Handling: Playmakers ships the majority of orders within 24 hours of being received unless otherwise noted on a specific product page. Orders placed on Saturday after 1pm and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Orders will be shipped using UPS or USPS and a tracking code will be e-mailed to each customer when available. If shipping to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, USPS will be used. If for any reason there is a delay in handling, an e-mail and or phone call will be made to the customer. In-store Purchase Return Form

All orders purchased through the Playmakers Online Store will be eligible for a return or exchange. Purchases can be returned or exchanged in-person at Playmakers (2299 W. Grand River Ave., Okemos, MI 48864) or with a complimentary return label (U.S. only - international customers will be responsible for the cost of the return label) . To start the process and be issued the complimentary return label, please complete the Online Order Return Form or the In-store Purchase Return Form

RETURNING: If returning by mail, simply use the complimentary return label (U.S. only) , drop the package in the mail, and your return will be processed when it is received.

EXCHANGING: An exchange typically consists of a return & a separate re-order. Complete the appropriate form to start the process for a refund. *Note that our i nventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange order as soon as possible to secure your desired item. Exchange Note: You will be charged for the new item at the time of the order and refunded for the return when the product is received and processed. If a single transaction is more convenient, a traditional exchange can be completed but inventory can not be held until the return is received back at Playmakers.
