Gear Purchases We offer a 30-day return policy for all physical items purchased on our website. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your gear is delivered to your doorstep to initiate a return and ship the item back with online tracking. Item Condition: Because we sell a mix of new and used gear, "original condition" simply means you must return the item with all the exact parts, cables, manuals, and accessories that were provided to you in the original shipment. Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for items returned to us in the condition they were provided to you.
