International Shipping

We ship worldwide using flat-rate pricing for orders under 5kg. Orders above 5kg will be calculated based on weight at checkout.

Dispatch Time: Orders placed by 2pm AEST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

Delays: During new releases, restocks, and sale periods, allow an additional 3–5 business days for dispatch.

Public Holidays: Not counted as business days.

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions provided.RETURNS NOTICE: Due to increased order volumes during our EOFY Sale, please allow up to 15 business days for returns to be processed once your return has been marked as delivered to our warehouse. This applies to all orders placed and returns received during the EOFY Sale period.

Conditions for Return

•For hygiene reasons, undergarments, socks, and opened supplements cannot be returned.

•Returns must be lodged and shipped within 15 days of order receipt (extended to 28 days during peak sales; 60 days for store credit).

•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.

•Items must be free from odors, blemishes, wear and tear, or hair. Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

•International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

Return Timeframes

Our team is working hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Due to increased processing volumes, once your parcel reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be finalised.If your order was placed during a sale period, please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. This includes returns received after the sale has ended, as we work through the high volume of orders.RETURNS NOTICE: Due to increased order volumes during our EOFY Sale, please allow up to 15 business days for returns to be processed once your return has been marked as delivered to our warehouse. Supplements

Only unopened supplements in resalable condition with original packaging are eligible. Contact orders@musclenation.org for return approval.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please email orders@musclenation.org with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A $9.99 return shipping fee (AU only) will be deducted. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store Credit

Australia: No handling fee for store credit returns. Credits never expire.

International: Store credits are valid indefinitely and can be used at any time.

Instant Exchanges (Australia Only)

Instant Exchanges allow you to secure your new item immediately. A temporary authorisation is held on your card for 7 business days. If the original item is not returned within 21 days or is deemed ineligible, the full amount will be charged. $9.99 handling fee applies.

Shop Now Exchanges (Australia Only)

Shop Now lets you order a different item immediately. Same conditions as Instant Exchanges apply. Discount codes, gift cards, and free gifts cannot be redeemed in this flow. $9.99 handling fee applies.

If you are returning an item purchased during a sale and exchanging it for a different item on our website via the Shop Now feature, the price of the new item at the time of your exchange will apply. If you complete your exchange during an active sale, you will receive the sale price available at that time. If you complete your exchange outside of a sale period, the full price of the item will apply. If you are exchanging the same style and colour in a different size, you can choose a straight sizing swap and the original purchase price will be honoured.

Final Sale

Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for refund or credit. Exchanges for a different size in the same style and colour may be accepted if stock is available.

Buy Now, Pay Later Returns

Store Credit or Exchange: Scheduled payments continue as set.

Refund: Refunded to the original BNPL method. Remaining payments are canceled.

Gift Card Refunds

If paid partly with a gift card, refunds are applied to the gift card first, then to the secondary payment method.
