RETURNS - UNITED KINGDOM

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to be happy with the quality, look and functionality of your Stubble & Co bag. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your bag for a full refund. You have 3 0 days from the date of receiving your order to return.

Returned bags must be in an unused condition, unless faulty. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Preferably return in the original packaging.

Please note if you need to return multiple items, each individual product will need to be submitted separately via our returns portal.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Please visit our returns portal to process your return and receive a prepaid return label.

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

UK returns are free.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

For UK returns we expect to have them back to us within 2 working days, and you can expect to hear from us a couple of working days after it’s been delivered. If you haven’t heard from us and you’re concerned, please get in touch at hello@stubbleandco.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Should you wish to exchange your bag for a different colour or product, please visit our returns portal to process your exchange and receive a return label. Your Exchange will be dispatched after your item arrives back with us. If you exchange for a higher value item, payment will be due before we dispatch your item.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

If you’re returning something to us from outside of the UK and US, you will need to pay to get this back to us, however we can provide a discounted shipping label. Please visit our returns portal to return and get your discounted label. The cost of the label will be shown during the return process but if you’d like to know the cost before ordering, get in touch with us at hello@stubbleandco.com .

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Sadly we do not yet offer free international returns. If you would like to return your bag, please

visit our returns portal to process your return and we’ll provide a discounted label. The cost of the label will be shown during the return process.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

This depends where you are in the world. We recommend keeping proof of postage until you hear from us confirming we’ve received your return. Once the bag arrives with us it will be processed within 2-3 working days.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

Unfortunately we can’t offer exchanges for international customers. Please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred product.
