We can ship to virtually any address in the world to make sure your hair, beard & body is well maintained!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Free shipping threshold: When your cart passes the free shipping threshold, you will be eligible for free shipping or you can choose other options if avaiable at the nominated value.

Free shipping is excluded from all Sales events and cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offers.

15% App Discount

The 15% app discount is only for first time purchases. It can only be redeemed when purchasing through The Bearded Chap App. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

Optional Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Protection to their order. This service covers your purchase in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, your order will not be eligible for a free replacement if issues occur during shipping.

What’s Covered:

• Lost shipments (not delivered within the estimated timeframe and confirmed lost by the carrier)

• Stolen packages (marked as delivered but not received, subject to investigation)

• Damaged items (product arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable)

How to Claim:

To make a claim under our Shipping Protection policy, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the order delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Please include the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damage (if applicable)

What We’ll Do:

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item(s) free of charge and ship them to you as quickly as possible.

Exclusions:

• Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery or expected delivery date

• Orders without Shipping Protection added at checkout

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase

• Delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control

Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery and will be taken to your local Post Office for collection if no one is available to sign. Please ensure there is someone available to sign or alternatively, its best to get your order delivered to a work address if you are not home during business hours. Generally, orders are posted on the same day it is received, provided it is placed before 2pm (AEST), Monday to Friday and provided the goods ordered are in stock. Shipping from Australia** is charged by Zones at a flat rate for every 500 grams.

If for some reason you purchased one of our products and its not exactly what you were after. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Faulty Products

If, for whatever reason, they arrive faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.
