We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

International ShippingAt this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not support international orders.

At Buckhorn Cliffs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, all sales of Buckhorn Tees, hats, and clothing are final and non-refundable. If a product is not as described, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories. Most returns require the buyer to pay for return shipping, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, in which case a prepaid return label may be provided. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, a request for a replacement or refund must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
