3. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

EloraSleep™ is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and supporting photos (if damaged).
