4. Insurance & Risk of Loss

• All shipments are insured for the full purchase value until marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

• Once a package is confirmed as delivered, Geramita & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

5. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Expedited U.S. shipping: 1–3 business days.

• International shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events outside our control.

• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number, then contact us for further assistance.

7. Incorrect Addresses

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

• Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

2. Restocking Fee

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders, engraved items, resized jewelry, and special-order merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Return Process

• Once approved, the item must be shipped back with tracking and insurance at the customer’s expense.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Damaged or Used Items

• We cannot accept returns on jewelry that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
