We ship daily Monday through Friday using USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. Your order will leave our warehouse same day as long as your order was placed before 10AM EST. Otherwise, it will ship the following business day.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout or your order may be delayed.

If you are looking for expedited services, we do offer a Quick Ship 2-6 business day option at checkout.

Free Economy Shipping for orders over $75 can take anywhere from 2-14 business days depending on your location.

Easy 60-Day Returns

We have a 60 day return policy from date of delivery. Return item with a copy of your order number. Once the item is received we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.

Return Policy

www.elitebowling.com reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. Gift cards, store credit and custom items are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Use any shipping method of convenience that provides a tracking number to return the packages.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping label.

Return or Refusal Of PackageIf you refuse a package without EliteBowling.com consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company. This includes returned items due to incorrect address issues.Bowling BallsOnce a bowling ball is drilled or engraved, we cannot accept it as a return.

Bowling ShoesIf you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not in New condition, we cannot accept them as a return. Please upload a photo of the bottoms (soles & heels) of the bowling shoes with your RMA request prior to returning your bowling shoes. PackagingPlease keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the merchandise.

Drilled and/or Engraved bowling balls are not returnable.

Closeout items are not returnable.

Defective/Damaged Products

If your product was received damaged or defective in any form, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email us images of the defect/damaged item at support@elitebowling.com

Products returned must be NEW, unused and in manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging.

All items not meeting this criteria will be refused and credit will not be issued to the customer. You will be responsible for shipping charges if you would want the refused item returned to you.
