FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Sometimes big items such as pools might need to be shipped with a Freight Company. In this case we will provide you with the respective company tracking link as well as a tracking number!

Backorders - Despite our best efforts, items are sometimes out of stock. This occurs due to the inability of the manufacturer to keep up with demand or due to an unexpectedly high response to items offered on our website. Items in stock will be shipped immediately; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. If you cannot wait for a back-ordered item, call our Customer Service Department to determine if a product substitute or other option is available

Product Warranty - All products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the type of warranty, the item will be replaced, or a discount may be given toward a new item. Please note that warranties are for product replacement only. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

We are responsible for your new purchase until its picked up by the shipping company After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select the signature required for expensive items. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS and insured through UPS or USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please let us know. Once again we are not responsible for packages once it transfers to UPS or USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You can return most orders to us for a full 90 days for a full refund (excluding pool cleaners, see their policy below). Customers only pay for return shipping. The item(s) should only be sent back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the product is in new UN-USED condition. You can return most purchased products to us for a full 90 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition your received them in and also in the original box with all packaging. You only pay for return shipping. After your return is received by our warehouse and is inspected usually within 48 hours of receipt), your purchase price (not including shipping) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your credit card account.

Pelican Shops will accept a return on most items that are in new, unused/unopened condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping and handling charges

If the product is delivered and does not meet the above requirements the return might be denied or a 15% restocking fee will be imposed. Examples of this (but not limited to) would be a robotic pool cleaner that arrives broken or INSANELY dirty to the point it can not be sold without taking it apart to clean. (believe it or not people try to do this).

Any Issues with Products under Warranty Except Robotic Pool Cleaners are not done through Pelican Shops. Manufacturers require the customer to contact Them about warranties, not the seller.

Robotic Pool Cleaners (IF USED): are returnable for a full refund MINUS the cost of sending the original shipment to you, within 30 days without any restocking fee. UNLESS the unit arrives damaged, not cleaned / dirty with no effort to clean it out, or missing pieces. The return might be denied or you might be subject to a 15% restocking fee if these conditions are met. The unit must be sellable when it is returned.

The customer is responsible for shipping the package back to us with tracking capabilities. If any damage occurs in shipping the return will be denied.

*The liberty line is excluded from this "trial" period. We do not recommend them for pools over 33ft in length or width. It will not perform the same as a corded unit in that setting

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT CUSTOMER'S USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT HAS TRACKING CAPABILITY WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

Important SPA Delivery Disclaimers and Information

•Spa Delivery does not include Electrical installations, only the placement of the tub. The customer should contact a licensed electrician to hook up the SPA.

•Check with your town to see if you need a permit for both the SPA and the Electric Requirements. 220 Volt & 50 AMP Breaker.

•The Spa’s location in the yard or patio must be LEVEL. Pelican sells Spa mats if you want an extra layer of protection beneath the SPA.

•The SPAS Weight when filled with water and people will be around 5,000lbs.

•SPA Warranty issues must be handled by the manufacturer.

•No returns on delivered SPAS

Polywood Orders

Since Polywood Orders are Manufactured to Order they have increased lead times mentioned on the product page and for the shipping options when placing an order. Cancelling an order while it is in production / shipped is not possible as Polywood does not cancel already in production / shipped orders. If you would like to return the product after it is delivered to you, you can do so. However, the customer is responsible to return shipping costs of the item(s).
