Please note that when purchasing Model Rocket Engines, these items must be shipped Ground via USPS. Shipping time for these items is longer due to the classification of the product. We are unable to ship Model Rocket Engines outside the United States.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags or lables, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Clearance items, or custom products (such as special orders or custom kits). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. What steps should I follow to return a product?

•Fill out your Return Merchandise Authorization Form here

•Follow instructions on the page for the proper re-packing of items

•Fill out your form and our Customer Service department will issue a RMA number

•Notice: There may be a restocking fee charge incurred if the return is not as a result of a damaged or wrong product being sent to you.

2. When is there a restocking fee? How much is the fee?

If the item you received was not the item your ordered or was damaged during shipment, there will be no restocking fee incurred upon you.
