30-Day No Hassle Returns

We stand behind our products and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a No Hassle return policy. Simply send us an email with your order information and the item(s) you wish to return to receive a Return Approval ID. You have 30-days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Items must be unused and in its original packaging.

90-Day No Fail Returns

If a product marked as Certified Used malfunctions or fails, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return for an exchange or store credit. We ask that the product(s) be in similar condition it was received with no signs of abuse or misuse.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at help@byfp.pro . Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable

•Curbside returns are accepted upon receipt of return approval

•Bundles are sold as a single unit with a discount and are not eligible for partial refunds

•Refunds will be issues with 5 days upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise.
