Q S Hair Extensions . extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with.

Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:

The Order is within 7 days from the arrival date.

• Item is in its original condition and can be resold.

• Item is unopened or altered with and in its original packaging.

• Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $50 restocking fee.

• Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Q S Hair Extension unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
