We are currently offering free economy shipping on orders over $75 before taxes delivered to continental US addresses. Oversized or bulky items including but not limited to Surfboard, SUPs, Paddles, Sand Dollys, Boardbags or Towsleds are NOT included in our free shipping offer.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to process and ship. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or federal holidays.

Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

All surfboards shipped are insured for the cost of the board (shipping cost is not insured). We ship using USPS, Fedex or UPS depending on the item. All surfboards are delivered signature required.

Shipping Damage

While it’s uncommon for a surfboard to be damaged during shipping, we ship every board fully insured for your peace of mind. Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage to the box, note it with the driver and, if possible, take several photos of the package before opening it. Should you discover any damage, contact us right away at (541) 574-4634.

We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Items must be new and unused.

Returned with original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and all included accessories.

Original manufacturer's product packaging (like shoe boxes) must be returned undamaged (please ship it inside another box to protect it).

Items not returned in new condition may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the cost of standard return shipping (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority). Expedited shipping costs (Overnight, 2-Day, etc.) are not reimbursed.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or defects and contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage.

Used Items

All used items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions about condition, we recommend reaching out before purchasing. We’re happy to help.

Special Orders

Returns on special order items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Lessons, Rentals & Tours

Any scheduled lessons or tours must be paid in full at the time of the reservation and may be cancelled with a full refund BEFORE 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time. If weather prevents lesson from being safe, alternate activities or store credit will be offered.
