Homeville Outlet Store strives to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a fair and flexible return policy. The policy is designed to accommodate customers' needs while considering the unique nature of overstock and discounted items.

Return Eligibility

- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase and subject to 20% restocking fee.- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packagingintact.- Receipts or proof of purchase are required for all returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations or the nature of the product, including:

- Mattresses and boxsprings- Bedding Products- Clearance or final sale items- Personalized or customized items or special orders

Refund Options

- In-Store Credit: For most returns, customers will receive a store credit to use on future purchases.

- Cash or Card Refunds:o For eligible returns within the 7-day window, refunds will be issued to theoriginal payment method.o Card refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

Exchange Policy

- Customers may opt to exchange an item for a different product of equal or lesser value.

- Exchanges must also occur within the 3-day return window.

Damaged or Defective Items

- If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery or purchase, customers can request a replacement or full refund within 3 days of receiving the item.

- Homeville will arrange to pick up the defective item and deliver a replacement at noadditional cost.

Special Considerations

- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

- Assembly Fees: Items that have been assembled by the customer or Homeville staff may be subject to a 40% restocking fee if returned.

Cancellation Policy

Regular stock items can be canceled within 48 hours of PURCHASE. For deliveries,cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to DELIVERY.

Orders that are cancelled outside of these time frames will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. In addition, orders held over two (2) weeks after purchase without Pick-Up or missed pick-up will be cancelled and charged a 15% cancellation fee.

Special Ordered item(s) are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit for all cancellations.
