Refund policy In the unlikely event you would like to return your Power Plate ®   or TVP, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.  30 days after delivery, no returns will be allowed. Power Plate does not accept used accessory returns at any time. Only unopened, unused boxes of accessories will be accepted under the current return policy agreement. With the return of any product, all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there were no shipping charges on the initial delivery, only the return shipping will be charged. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all opened products and 5 percent restocking fee on all unopened products.
