Free shipping offer applies only to orders which are shipped within the lower 48 states in the U.S. *Locations that are subject to a limited access charge may be charged an additional fee. International Shipping

We do not ship Internationally at this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Custom Shipping

Moderate to large-sized items cannot be shipped via USPS due to their dimension limitations.

Certain large items (such as greenhouses, bulk items, and items over 70 pounds) will have to be shipped freight. Other small items(such as cart parts) also have special shipping rules. The shipping charge for these items will be charged separately.

•In-stock orders generally ship within 2-3 business days upon receiving payment. Notable exceptions include plastic film , greenhouses , and shade cloth . These items can take up to 8 weeks to ship during peak demand.

•Back-ordered products will require an additional 5 business days for product restocking.

•Shipping concerns must be addressed prior to the shipment of your order.

•Once an order is in transit, we cannot reroute, or alter the shipping method.

•Shipping charges are calculated in real-time using Ground shipping or USPS shipping rates. If we see a miscalculation, we will call and let you know.

We want your order to be right. If something's not working out, contact us first — most of the time we can sort it out quickly, and it helps us process your return smoothly.

Before You Return Something

Standard Returns

We're happy to accept most returns if:

•The product is in the same condition it was shipped in

•It's in its original packaging

•It's within 30 days of the delivery date

A restocking fee of up to 25% applies to returns made at the customer's discretion (for example, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or a shipping address error). This fee, along with the terms below, helps us keep the return process fair for everyone.

Shipping Costs on Returns

For returns made at the customer's discretion:

•You'll be refunded for the product price, minus the restocking fee

•Original and return shipping costs are not refundable and are the customer's responsibility

•If your order shipped under a free-shipping promotion, the actual shipping cost we covered will be deducted from your refund

Once an order ships, shipping charges go directly to the carrier and can't be refunded — so please double-check your order before placing it. If you have any questions before you buy, contact us — we're glad to help.

If We Made the Mistake

If your order arrives incorrect or is sent to the wrong address due to an error on our part, you'll receive a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.

Orders That Can't Be Returned

•International orders — these can't be returned (see the damaged-order section below for what to do if yours arrives damaged)

•Custom orders, including all shade cloth, greenhouses, and some greenhouse film — please confirm sizing carefully before ordering

•Greenhouse film that has been unrolled — please check the size marked on the roll before unrolling to confirm size, color, and style

•Special orders — see the Special Orders section below

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please don't return a product because it arrived damaged — instead, follow the steps below.

Damaged, missing, and incorrect orders are handled through our partner, Order Protection. If you purchased Order Protection at checkout, file your claim directly with them. Visit our Shipping Protection page for details.

Damaged international orders: We'll need photos of the damaged box and product(s), and we'll refund you for the damaged items — unfortunately we're not able to reship items internationally. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of it.

We know shipping damage isn't your fault, and we want to make it right. Following the steps above — especially reaching out within 48 hours with photos — gives us what we need to resolve your claim quickly and in your favor. These procedures protect you as much as they protect us.

Special Orders

We work with a wide network of manufacturers and distributors, so if there's something specific you need, we're glad to try to bring it in for you.

Special orders typically take 10–14 business days to arrive. Because these are items we don't normally stock, they're non-refundable and non-returnable.

If a special order arrives damaged, the same damage procedures above apply.
