Shipping Delivery is curbside delivery only to the ground-level exterior of your residence or building unless otherwise arranged in advance For all Curbside Deliveries, Carrier will call customer couple days prior, to schedule an appointment. This service does not include inside delivery, carrying items upstairs, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials. If inside delivery assistance is requested directly with the freight carrier or delivery driver, additional charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the consignee/customer.
