To keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we provide free shipping. It is included in your shopping cart and covers standard shipping. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay.

Shipping Time

1) After placing the order, our warehouse needs approximately 2-5 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2) Your package will usually be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

3) Although we try our best to deliver your order as estimated, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

4) If the Item is unavailable in our warehouse in your country, it will be shipped from our warehouse in China.

* United States: 2-5 days from the local warehouse, if not 7-12 days

* Other Countries: 5-7 days from the local warehouse, if not 8-15 days

If your package has not been delivered, or your tracking information shows it has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service at info@amiramart.com to verify.

2) AmiraMart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Although we are looking to offer free returns, at the moment returns must be sent back to our online warehouse for flat rate shipping of $4.99 for item price less than $20 and $9.99 for item price equal or higher than $20. You will not have to pay this fee upfront, it will be deducted from your return amount.To start a return, you can contact us at return@amiramart.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

•Goods which are clearly personalised or made to your specifications..

•Goods with health protection or hygiene considerations, if opened, e.g. make up, underwear, pierced jewellery.

Additional information:

Goods returned must be in a saleable condition, unworn/unused with original tags and packaging.

•Goods should be packaged so that both the item and the brand packaging (if applicable) are not damaged in transit. AmiraMart do not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

•You are responsible for the return postage costs unless an item has arrived faulty or damaged.

•We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service (with insurance where appropriate for goods value), retaining proof of postage. AmiraMart do not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

•If a returned item is being shipped internationally, please mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid incurring any customs charges on receipt of your return.

If an order is returned which does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused and returned to you or a reduced refund may be offered.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@amiramart.com.
