After Purchasing a Playset, Trampoline or Basketball Hoop from Recreations Outlet, here's what to expect!*

1) After buying online, a Recreations Outlet staff member will contact you within 3 business days to discuss the following:

•Where is the item going to be delivered/installed?

•Is that respective area accessible by truck?

•Discuss “call before you dig” requirements for in-ground hoops to prevent unintentionally hitting underground utility lines. This process varies by state and we will review the logistics and next steps.

•Additional questions about the yard, driveway and area will be asked to ensure proper and timely delivery.

2) The consultant will then schedule a yard check or delivery/installation date with one of our authorized technicians.3) Our technician will contact you on the day of service to confirm time and address.4) Sit back and relax as we expertly perform the work.5) After installation and safety checks, enjoy lots of healthy outdoor fun for years to come!

In Person Returns

All returns or exchanges will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and if applicable additional labor fees to un-install, pick-up, and or re-install your product. Our policy last 14 days from installation, delivery, or pick-up.

If 14 days have gone by since your installation, delivery, or pick-up, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This policy does not apply to re-furbished purchases, demos, or scratch-n-dent purchases. All sales for re-furbished product, demos, and or scratch-n-dent products are final.

Deposits are fully refundable prior to installation, delivery, or pick-up.

Online Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Recreationsoutlet@gmail.com . 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
