Shipping Scope

We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military and air bases. We partner with reliable carriers like FedEx and UPS for all shipments.

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses.

•Delivery timeframe: 5-7 days .

Shipping Damage

We offer shipping insurance at checkout and recommend inspecting your goods before signing for them.

If your box arrives damaged, you MUST MAKE A NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING that the item arrived damaged. Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the shipper or return your package. If the box is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not replace the item.

Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure it matches the Bill of Lading and your packing slip. The freight company will not take back any packaging materials (e.g., pallets, wrapping, or boxes).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RitKeep includes customs and taxes in your order total.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.

30-Day Return Policy

RitKeep offers a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your items.

Order Cancellation

•You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. RitKeep typically processes order cancellation requests within 2-3 business days .

•Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. For assistance, please contact us at service@ritkeeps.com .

•After canceling an order, inventory will not be reserved for you. This may result in insufficient stock for future purchases. Contact us if you wish to reorder.

•After submitting a cancellation request, you will receive an email with the processing result. If the cancellation is unsuccessful, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy to initiate a return.

•In cases where delivery is delayed due to special circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), we will notify you via email.

Restrictions on Returns Without Reason

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and suitable for resale. This includes:

•The outer packaging of the product is complete;

•The product must be in good condition, with no scratches, wear, damage, or signs of use.

•All accessories must be included.

If the returned product does not meet these criteria, RitKeep reserves the right to reject the return, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: The clearance and on-sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Send photos of the damaged item to service@ritkeeps.com . RitKeep reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. If you received the wrong item, please contact us with photos to evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

To ensure a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new one. Contact RitKeep at service@ritkeeps.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return details. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees for Returns

•For returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or similar reasons, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

•For returns due to damaged or defective products or other seller-related issues, the return shipping fee will be covered by RitKeep.

Contact RitKeep at service@ritkeeps.com to initiate a return. If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

•All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.

•If items are damaged or used after inspection, they cannot be returned.

•For returns due to RitKeep’s fault, we will provide a pre-paid return label within 3 business days .

Fill out the returns section on the order slip or include a detailed return note within your parcel, including:

•Your preference for a refund or exchange.

•Your full name, email address, and phone number.

•Order number.

•Your returns address (if you need an exchange).

Note: Orders returned without proper documentation may face delays or may not be processed at all. We recommend using a trackable shipping service like DHL or FedEx or purchasing shipping insurance. RitKeep does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

•The outer packaging of the product is complete;

•The returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales.

•The surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function.

•The product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete;

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned items.

•Customs duties and additional fees are non-refundable.

•Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
