Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight/size.

Standard delivery times (after dispatch):

Canada (domestic orders): 3–7 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide, except to regions restricted by law or shipping carrier limitations.

Hazardous materials or oversized items may not be eligible for international shipping.

Damages During Shipping

Even though we carefully pack every order, damages may occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged item, please email photos and a description to support@reliahome.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

Verified damages will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by their country.

Relia Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@reliahome.ca and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Items During Shipping

Even though we take the greatest care in packing, damages can sometimes happen during shipping.

If you open your package and find damaged items, please email photos of the damaged products and a description to support@reliahome.ca.

Once verified, we will ship you a replacement at no cost.

Return Window

You have 7 days after delivery to return undamaged products for a cash refund.

You have 14 days after delivery to return undamaged products for store credit or an exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For returns or exchanges not related to product quality issues:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Relia Home will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Cash refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@reliahome.ca.
