Refund policy Returns & Exchanges You have 14 days from when you buy an item to return it. There may be a fee of up to 15% to restock the item. You have to return all of the original packaging with the item you are returning. We cannot accept returns for printers, film, photo paper, or chemistry once they've left our store. If an item is defective, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase. There's no fee for exchanges of defective items. All used items are final sale.
