Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

At Listrbaby.ca, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged/Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
