Reporting Damages

Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return authorization information.

Handling Damaged Merchandise

In the event that you receive damaged merchandise, we will coordinate with the carrier for the pick-up of the damaged merchandise and delivery of its replacement.

Important Instructions

Do Not Discard Packaging: Please retain the shipping box and all packing materials. The carrier will need to inspect them.
