ORDER PREPARATION

We need 1-8 business days to produce Arch, Triangle and a Ramp and 7-10 business day to prepare a Chair and a Balance Board. On average your order is ready to ship in a week.

Please note that we don’t work on weekends. Also please remember that production and delivery are two different processes and have their own terms.

PAYMENTS

For your shopping convenience, we accept payments via the PayPal system. The prices are in US Dollars. If we agree upon a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee is paid by the recipient in advance.

SHIPPING

We ship from Ukraine with UPS, DPD, FedEx delivery companies.

It takes at least 8-18 business days to deliver your package to the USA, to Europe - 10-18 business days (to Italy and Spain a bit more). To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia - 14-25 business days.

Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, after the parcel has left Ukraine, it becomes the subject of your local post office.

TAXES AND DUTIES

As long as we ship pieces of furniture, boxes are big and heavy. Thus, there is a possibility that you’ll have to pay customs duty and/or import tax.

There is no need to pay any duties if you are from: the USA, Australia, The UK, or EU countries, except for Norway and Switzerland.

GUARANTEES

We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.

In case you want to return because of damage of the items, we will send you a new product for free.

Warranty Terms

2 years warranty on all wooden furniture products

10 years warranty on wooden dowels (nogs)

30 days warranty on textile components

Warranty does not cover:

•Products used outdoors or exposed to weather

•Damage due to incorrect assembly, improper use, or modifications

•Loss or theft after delivery

Damaged, Lost, or Faulty Items

If your order is damaged during delivery or lost, we will send you a new item free of charge.

Please contact us immediately after delivery to report any issues.

Note: We are not responsible for stolen items if the tracking status shows "Delivered".

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, regardless of the reason (our fault or change of mind).

•Returned items must be disassembled and in their original condition

•Returns or exchanges are processed only after confirmation that the item has been shipped back

•Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless due to our mistake

•For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (initial and return)

•No refund of shipping fees for refused or undeliverable packages

Important Notes

•We do not accept cancellations for customized items. Returns/exchanges of custom orders are reviewed case by case

•Please double-check all order details. We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

•Price difference compensation is available only within 10 days of purchase

•All items are for indoor use only. Warranty is void if items are left outdoors and damaged by weather
