At Sesseben, we take pride in delivering handcrafted shoes with care. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and whether your order includes customized shoes.

Customized Orders

Customized shoes (including leather soles or special sizes) can take up to 5 weeks before shipping.

Please note: While customized models may appear “available” or “ready to ship,” they still require extra time for production.

Each product description will clearly state if the model, size, or style is considered customized.

Standard Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs fees may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Holiday & Sale Items

All sale and holiday orders may require an additional 1–3 days of processing time before shipment due to high demand.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn, undamaged shoes within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exeptions apply, please check the important notes at the end of this policy.

To be eligible, items must be in original condition, with packaging, tags, and any included accessories intact.

Returns are not accepted if the shoes show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Initiate a Return

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, your replacement pair will be shipped promptly once available.
