All orders from Claire & Schuster are shipped USPS so post office box or street addresses are acceptable. All orders will be flat rate unless otherwise specified.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Shipments will be dropped off or picked up at the end of each business day. Once package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed the 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.

While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Claire & Schuster cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee. We also offer Martin, TN Store Pick Up for those located in West Tennessee.

*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority mail orders are processed within 1 business day. Once you receive our processing email, expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days.

USPS Priority Mail Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your order will be processed in 1 business day. However, if you place an express order before 12 PM (noon) CT Monday - Friday, we will process and ship the order that same day. Once you receive our processing email, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days.

Can't wait to get your order?? We now offer store pick up for our Tennessee customers at 202 Main St Suite 1 Martin, TN 38237. Through the check out process, you can complete your payment. Your item/items will be held as long as you need. Or, you can choose COD in the check out process, and pay in the store. Your items will be held for 48 hours unless otherwise requested in the notes section.

Martin, TN Delivery

Wrapping and delivery is a service we offer within the 38237 zip code, that includes any of the Bridal Registry gifts. Please use the notes section in the checkout to provide any information needed: physical address, how you'd like the card addressed, etc.

We understand that every purchase may not fit and returns are needed sometimes. We are here to make your return as easy as possible. After reviewing the return policy below, if you have any questions, please contact us.

In-Store:

We accept returns for in-store credit or exchange within 14 days for all eligible merchandise. Items must be accompanied by the receipt from purchase or a gift receipt, never been used/worn and be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met.

The following items are final sale in-store or online:

Jewelry, Discounted Items, Special Order Furniture, Special Order Lighting, Custom Personalized / Special Orders

Online:

ALL return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. After the return has been approved, you can either send back the item yourself or we can provide you with a return label. The return label amount will be deducted from your store credit total. Any item returned to us not in compliance with the return policy will be sent back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any returns. No expectations. Returns received without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

•Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

•All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.

Provide us with a close up photo of the damaged/defective area, as well as a full view. We take photos of every item as packaged to know how it leaves our door! Please include your first and last name , as well as order number.

Exchanges:

Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer online exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store. If you are needing a different size/color in an item you can either:

•Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 14 days) for a refund, or

•Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
