We ship out of our US warehouses and Asia warehouse to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible and depending on availability. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order ships. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, additional delays may occur. Please note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-4 business days. Please kindly note that if the inserts do not fit well due to the user's bra size being outside of the recommended sizing range in the sizing chart provided for each product, no refund or exchange will be available. Please note that Expedited Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Tatanggap ang BOOMBA ® ng mga return o exchange para sa piling mga items sa loob ng 30 days of delivery. Ang gastos sa return shipping, pati na rin ang anumang naaangkop na import customs, buwis, o taripa, ay sasagutin ng customer.

Eligible Items must be

•Unworn and unused

•Sinukat lang habang may suot na underwear

•Nasa original packaging na kumpleto ang lahat ng tags, liners, at safety seals na hindi pa tinatangal.

•Walang damage, amoy, o visible wear

•Para sa adhesive products, dapat unopened ang packaging at hindi pa nasisira ang safety seal.
