Once an order has been processed you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package(s). Once the order is processed, you are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct personal information when placing an order online. For example, if a customer enters an incorrect address, and the items being shipped were returned to the sender, then the customer will be charged another $9.99 to have the item(s) reshipped back to the customer. If a package is lost in transit or an error was made by the carrier, the customer is not at fault and thus Duffelbags.com will cover the cost to reship the item(s) back to the customer. Please make every effort to enter the correct personal information including the address and contact information to avoid being charged for shipping twice.

Please note that we use a variety of carriers for each shipping option and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for the desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us.

Please be advised that carriers may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not be left at the door).

This means that Duffelbags.com is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to a freight forwarder or non-residential address. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by a freight forwarder or at a non-residential address will be your responsibility.

Customers may return merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Duffelbags.com will issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

The product received is not as advertised on the website

The customer receives the wrong item

The product has a manufacturing defect

If any of the above issues occur, customers must contact our support team within the 15-day return window to initiate the return process.

Wheeled Bags Restocking Fee:Due to the additional cost and time required to inspect, repackage, and reship wheeled bags, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all wheeled bags returned to Duffelbags.com.

Clearance Items:All items sold under clearance or final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Duffelbags.com reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and verified.
