In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for Available in Store. Pickups are available Mon – Sat 10AM – 5PM We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring your ID and a credit card you used to make a purchase.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee varies by product, weight, dimension, and shipping address. Please see the shipping fee at checkout. We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all materials, items, original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our RMA department at support@avlgear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA Number, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend you to send the returning package via insured ground service with a tracking number. The buyer is responsible for all return costs. AVLGEAR will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in route to us. Please contact your courier service for further details on your options.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•Items over $1,000 cannot be returned unless they are brand new

•Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

•AVLGEAR reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

•Earphones, in-ear monitors, microphones and other specified personal gears needing sanitation will incur a $10 sanitation fee.

•Shipping services and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

•Items with promotion and/or free shipping will be deducted of the amount or promotion and/or shipping service fee from your refund.
