ORDER AND PROCESSING TIMES

We roast and ship coffee Monday through Friday. After you place your order, we'll process it on the next roast day and ship it within 24 hours of roasting. If you order on a Friday, your coffee might be shipped on a Monday. *Orders placed before 8:30 am UK time on business days will be shipped on the same day.

UK SHIPPING

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping within the UK. Prefer faster delivery? Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for £3.00. Fedex Priority (Next Working Day) is also available for mainland UK orders at £5.00. All shipping services are tracked. DPD - Two Day can be selected at £12.00 for orders to Northern Ireland.

All orders are usually processed at 8:30am, roasted and shipped the same day. This may vary during busy periods or around bank holidays. This cut off applies to coffee, equipment, and merchandise etc.

UK SHIPPING TIMES

All UK orders are shipped free with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. While delivery within 48 hours isn’t guaranteed, delivery is expected within 1-3 days Monday-Saturday. Delays are rare and usually resolved within 7 working days, however, let us know if you experience delays and we would be happy to investigate.

Orders shipped with Fedex are sent on a next working day service, with delivery Monday to Friday.

DPD delivers Monday to Friday and is a 2 day service to Northern Ireland.

EU SHIPPING

We offer Royal Mail and DHL Express delivery for orders to the European Union. Please note that there is a 2kg weight limit when sending internationally with Royal Mail; therefore, we offer DHL Express only for orders above this weight. Local EU VAT rates are included in the price for orders with a total value less than or equal to €150.For orders with a total value of more than €150 (excluding shipping and VAT), VAT rates for the destination country will be included. The order will also be subjected to import duties, which will be charged at checkout and paid directly to the destination country's customs for you.

Latvia, Belgium, Croatia, Greece and Denmark apply Excise Duties to roasted coffee, and some countries might perform spot checks that may result in inspection and handling fees. As these costs are out of our control, they can not be included in your checkout and will need to be paid by you upon import.

Orders to Germany are sent via a duties-paid service; therefore, extra import fees should not apply. If you are asked to pay additional fees, please get in touch with us, and we will investigate this. For country-specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs authority. Please Note: Shipping prices are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders, you can select between DHL or Royal Mail. Please contact your local customs office to find out more about taxation policies. As these vary from country to country, our shipping costs do not include any customs clearance charges or import duties, which might come at an additional cost.

Countries have different internal postal requirements such as signed, tracked and signed and tracked. Please consider this when selecting your tracking service. SHIPPING TO THE MIDDLE EAST AND RUSSIA

We offer tracked shipping to ensure the safe and timely arrival of parcels in Russia and the Middle East. A telephone number is mandatory for delivery to the Middle East, and where possible, please be sure to include a P.O. Box delivery address when placing your order. In our experience, this helps comply with strict local customs and import regulations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

For international orders shipped with Royal Mail, delivery times can range from 3 working days to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. We highly recommend selecting tracked shipping for all international orders, as we are unable to track parcels outside of the U.K. Different countries have varying internal postal requirements, such as signed for, tracked, or tracked and signed. Please keep this in mind when choosing your tracking service. International orders shipped with DHL Express typically arrive within 3-6 working days, depending on the location.

COFFEE PURCHASES With an emphasis on quality, our coffee undergoes daily QC tests, and orders are dispatched roast-to-ship. Because of this, we don't exchange or typically accept returns on coffee.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re sorry. Please email us at webshop@squaremilecoffee.com within 15 days of your purchase so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Should you want to return or exchange any equipment, books or merchandise, we’re here to help. For returns, we can only accept unused items in their original packaging.

At the moment, we can only offer free returns to customers in the UK

DELIVERY On regular shipping services, the expected delivery times for our coffee is 3 - 5 working days for orders within the UK and 5 - 15 working days for all international orders.

Delays can occur due to circumstances out of our control such as customs checks, local weather conditions or high volumes during the holiday periods. If you are experiencing any issues with your shipment, please email webshop@squaremilecoffee.com within 15 days of your purchase and we can look into that for you.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Coffee subscription orders are processed on the roast day following your charge date and will be shipped within 24 hours of roast. The expected delivery times for subscriptions shipped via Royal Mail are:

•3 - 5 working days for UK orders

•5 - 15 working days for all International orders.

MISSED DELIVERY OR MISSING ORDER

For recurring subscriptions, a suitable replacement coffee or a refund will be applied, provided this information is communicated within 28 days of shipping.

For a fixed-term or gift subscription, a missed delivery or missing order can be added to your fixed period, or you can ask for an immediate replacement as outlined above.
