60-Day Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the order date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
To start a return: Email support@caseles.com with your tracking number and a photo of the item. We’ll confirm your request within 72 hours (working days).
Refunds appear on your account within 3–5 business days after approval.
*Final Sale items and original shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders (including Canada) do not receive prepaid labels.
For international orders, we offer a hassle-free solution where customers may be eligible for a refund/credit without returning the item.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receiving your item. One exchange per order allowed.
