Free Shipping We provide free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the US.

Domestic Shipping FeesFor orders under $100 or expedited shipping within the U.S., the following rates apply:

•Standard Shipping (5–12 business days): $6.99 for orders under $100; free for orders over $100

•Express Shipping (3–4 business days): $35.00

International ShippingWe ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by location.

Processing Times

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing, depending on stock availability. Please note that shipping times do not include processing times. Some products may have longer processing periods—please double-check the item description. For specific inquiries about processing, feel free to contact us.

Order Delays

In case of a delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date. For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our terms.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns are refunded as store credit only — we do not offer cash refunds.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, email help@allurebeverlyhills.co with your order number in the subject line. If approved, we'll send return instructions.

All customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 14 days. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately at help@allurebeverlyhills.co with photos and your order number. We'll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Non-returnable items:

•Intimates, undergarments, swimwear

•Items marked "final sale"

•Gift cards

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was delivered to us and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately moves into processing and cannot be canceled. If the wrong size or item was ordered, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

If you decide you no longer want the item after it arrives, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange according to our policy.
