Please make sure you order the correct item and size as we can not cover shipping for returns. If you would like to return an online purchase for a refund, you may do so by mailing the item back to our store at 213 Marine Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92662. TO REITERATE: We will NOT be refunding the shipping amount, only the amount paid for the item.

**Items must be in original condition, with tags, and can not have any damage, including odor.

Items held longer than 30 days past the date of receiving may not be returned. If you haven't received an item within a week or two of purchasing, please call us so we can check the tracking. Most delivery companies have expiration dates for tracking numbers so if you wait too long, the items cannot be tracked.
