For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Hello Oregano is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and the weight/size of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please be patient with us 🫶. We’re only a small family business located in Canada, and each item is made to order.

•🇨🇦 Canada: ~2–4 weeks

•🇺🇸 United States: ~3–4 weeks (customs may cause delays)

•🌍 International: ~4–8 weeks (customs may cause delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on peak seasons, sales, product launches, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or events outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our studio and is handed to the carrier, Hello Oregano is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

ReturnsYou can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Damages & IssuesIf you’re looking to return an item, our standard return policy applies — but if there’s anything wrong with your order when it arrives, that’s a whole different story, and we’ll make sure it’s taken care of right away.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help properly.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@hellooregano.com. I f your tracking link shows that your order was sent back to us already and we still haven't contacted you in 5-7 days, kindly reach out to us so we can resolve the issue.
