ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow 5-7 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 week to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 12/45 Ancona Drive Mill Park Orders can be picked up on request, please leave a note in the order notes section and we can arrange a time for pickup. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DELIVERY - During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. All of our items are made to order and will be shipped as soon as they are made within 5-7 days of your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (Australian customers only) - Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using Australia post or SENDEL. Delivery times vary from 3-7 days Domestically. Flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping to Australia.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping to Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe, North America, UK, Canada and ASIA. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time varies based on location. Shipping to the USA is between 11-30 days. UK and Canada 15-30 Days. Asia 5-15 Days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gaming Haven is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We do not accept returns for change of mind. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@gaminghaven.comn.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damage in transit

If an item is damaged in transit please take a photo of the damage to the item and the shipping packaging. Please send this to admin@gaminghaven.com.au and we will assist in getting the item replaced or refunded.
